Cervical cancer, common in Haiti, affects many women. Denise, diagnosed, has found hope and care at the University Hospital of Mirebalais (HUM), where she receives comprehensive treatment.
HUM has reported 40 cases of extreme fever, including 11 of dengue. The team is preparing a community action plan with awareness-raising, mosquito nets, rapid tests and staff training.
